still cant get my avatars

I am having so much problems driving me nuts cant get my avatars nearly 12hrs of trying different avenues no luck i think it allods end not mine i am logged in to the new accounts have np in getting on game just my avatars are missing :(

if we are 4,410 members and less then 1% have their chars missing how come from so many hours there is no reply.....

should we assume that nothing will be done today, and week end ur team is off so only by next week u ll start working again on getting chars back to players? especially loyal, old players who put a lot of work and time and passion in their chars?

I would like to know out of this 1% how many did u fix? if not how many, tell me one "solved" case whn a player who could not see his/her chars got them back...........

If you do not give us any hope and just mention that u r working hard, u r going to lose dedicated players and have as before bad image on ur game over all internet.

U were supposed to give a better impression of this game, and make more ppl play it...................

Cant understand how u want to make money with this attitude and apparent lack of care for ur customers...........

u dont even have a chat up and running and some GMs that can communicate to ppl and show u are on the ball...

I had to wait over 5 hours to get a response from them then they asked me what i wanted to do, i responded and they said mine would be fixed in the nearest hours. An hour later got a mail back said test if it works now and it did. But you need to have patience they are still working on it.

I have gone through the rage, anger, then FU allods & the world is against me as usual... probably even had that tone in my Support ticket (my apologies to the poor support person)... I realise now nothing can be done but wait so here i am waiting ... patiently.. chanelling my inner Zen. It's not working very well but i am trying. Hopefully support will get to my ticket soon.

Brace yourselves, week end is coming, the Allods team will prolly enjoy their days off, while the players with no chars will play other games and forgot for good of Allods..... :/

if they automatically answered my first ticket with a "we recieved your ticket, we re on it, we ll get back to you" like gpotato used to do in north america, i wouldnt have had to send other tickets. But as the website and the accounts were buggy (403 error on the support page), i couldnt be sure they received it...

can i at least get a letter when my account is fixed ? because i would like some answers sometimes seriously. it's not the first time i log into my skype and i have a pm from someone saying "CM_Official is looking for you" at 4am how can he/she/it whatever let other people know that hes looking for me but he doesnt even answers my pm's.

get your facts right, this is NOT a successful transfer. if i lose my account on which i invested so much, there will be repercussions.

The transfer is successful, your account is sat there, with your characters on.

HOWEVER

There is another account, with the same username which is the one that is being accessed when you log in, with no characters. Computers are stupid, and this makes them go bug-flark.

Once they remove that account, everything works fine.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
