Alchemy cannot progress

Alchemy cannot progress i am level 20 almost 21 and i am stock at 89 progress ?
can any body please give a hand for this situation ?

I'm not 100% sure but you might need to buy the new, upgraded crafting item.
Like you know how you have the mortar and pestle of the basic level, the cheap one?
You have to buy the next level to pass beyond that until level like 40 i think.
When level 40 hits, you need to do it again.

You have to buy the new mortar for sure but it still shouldn't get stuck in 89%. It always allows to do the full level you're doing.

Have you been making successful potions? If you fail the potions a lot, it takes forever to level. If re-launching, new mortar and successful potions don't work, you should contact support. Sometimes the professions gets stuck until you re-launch the game (= exit the game and launch the game again, just re-logging without actually exiting the game may not help).

Hopefully it gets fixed :)
