Dismissed mount I bought in store

I accidentally dismissed a store bought mount now I cannot get it back any suggestions?
I have contacted support no reply they never do it seems can someone help me maybe get this back

well nothing has been done about my support ticket as a matter of fact I haven't even gotten a response...so much for allods online
The least they could do is respond to me?
Why cant they either get my mount back or just refund my money?
most games you get a reply one way or another

In Allods, you probably have to wait a month + before any response. They don't have enough resources to tackle all tickets and they are "investigating" in the order they receive them. So if there's like 200 tickets before you, they solve those first, no matter what topic. I could be wrong but that's what I've heard. One thing is for sure - ticket handling takes ages.

sry for those long time to wait and sry for the time you have from now to wait.

I gave your ticket ID atm to my CM maybe that fast forward the proces.

And yes what Gwiniel says is true, they have much work and sometimes it´s a long time to wait on a response cause there are many tickets to look about.
