As the subject of this topic says ...
Ticket No. "EHB-303-52709" Status "open" create date of the ticket is "7/29/15 3:05 PM" yet there is no respond
Ticket No. "III-364-55840" status "in progress " last respond from the technical support was in "6/16/15 11:55 AM"
So ... What Took Them So LONG !!
Maybe much Work, but i think your Thread will fast forward your ticket issues
