How to change eMail on account

I need to change the email account used on my account, but once I got transferred, I can't seem to find any way to do it. When I tried to use the 'Edit Profile' here, it said I needed to change the email using the portal or game site. Not sure what that means, I thought this was the game site? Which portal do I use, gPotato or My.com? When I looked at My.com, there didn't appear to be anyway to change settings there either...
