Amalgam Concentrate BOUND?

Since when Amalgam Concentrate is bound? Went on main to make some to gear the reinc, guess what!? can't mail it LOL. And the quest doesn't say it gives you bound Amalgam now. Such a lame change...

This is like forcing ppl to do skirmishes and astral hunt :thumbdown:

Do whatever gives most free trader coins per time spent then buy amalgam with the coins.

Edit: It's probably s8 with helping hand or wild shore red zones that you want to do for this.
