Problem of transfer

Good afternoon, Some GM ON ? I opened a ticket yesterday for I have managed to make the transfer but my characters are not in the bill ... did all the correct procedure and the GM answered me the ticket already saying that everything was OK and the characters already it would be , I checked and still do not need a help of some GM can analyze it for me ja reopen another ticket and so far nothing ... I thank the attention .

Pretty much i have the same problem support told me 3 times already my toon is on the new account and yet its not idk what should i do.

How do you log into the game ?
How do you log into the website ?
Are your accounts created with an email and a password, or did you linked a facebook/twitter account ?

When you say "3 times", it means that you answered the ticket's answer 3 times ? (is it the same ticket each time ?).

What does this page says : http://allods.my.com/en/user (Don't copy paste email or account number, just have a look at the date of creation, does it seem coherent ?)

What happen if you try to log into the website with another browser, in another language (exemple, open Firefox/Chrome or IE/Edge, change the language, log into your account, and check the "profile" page. Is it the same account on each browser ?)

Hello , I come into the game by my.com give the program I open the allods by it ... Well as Euforia said i used the email adress i gave them to transfer the account i havent made any toons there its clean,then i got replied 3 times from suppor that my old toon its moved there and accounts are linked even today i got told for a 4th time my toon should be there but yet its still not.Also i checked all the stuff u said Gladia and they all seem normal

Thank you for your answers.
This is very strange. Unless there's an account issue, that's very rare that characters are not transferred once the support says it is.
I'll ask our CMs tomorrow and they'll check if there's another issue with your accounts.

Euforia is from brazilian server i think ?
What was your original server susamabilgladen ?

Ticket numbers i was aware of were push forward again. Opening a new ticket can be confusing for the support team.

Again, i would like to point out that it may be a confusion between different ways of connecting to the game and the website.
Open a new Browser so you can be sure that there is no ID already registered, and you'll have to manually log in. Then check those pages :
- This page tells you the email used to send your ticket : http://allods.my.com/en/user
- Check this page too to see your tickets, and confirm that you are using the same account on forum and my.com portal : http://support.my.com/games/tickets/
- Be sure to use the exact same email and password to log into the Allods Online launcher (not your old account ID).

You can also clean Cache and Cookies from your browser to log in again to the website, to be sure you are using the good account.

Moderators can't do much more from now, i hope you'll recover your characters soon.

Thing is i even know my toon is in the data base i can add him as a friend also ive been waiting almost half a month for a corect answer been told 4 times already that my toon is transfered.Also i am using this account for transfere and anothert to send the ticked i said like 10 times that to the support they asnwerd me my old account is transfered to the email i gave them.

You do not have your characters on any of your 2 accounts then ?
You need to go until the character page, do not trust the first window with servers status and number of characters on each server.

I did it sends me to create new toon every time account is empty its new and i havent made any toons on it at all.
