Ticket numbers i was aware of were push forward again. Opening a new ticket can be confusing for the support team.
Again, i would like to point out that it may be a confusion between different ways of connecting to the game and the website.
Open a new Browser so you can be sure that there is no ID already registered, and you'll have to manually log in. Then check those pages :
- This page tells you the email used to send your ticket : http://allods.my.com/en/user
- Check this page too to see your tickets, and confirm that you are using the same account on forum and my.com portal : http://support.my.com/games/tickets/
- Be sure to use the exact same email and password to log into the Allods Online launcher (not your old account ID).
You can also clean Cache and Cookies from your browser to log in again to the website, to be sure you are using the good account.
Moderators can't do much more from now, i hope you'll recover your characters soon.
Also i am using this account for transfere and anothert to send the ticked i said like 10 times that to the support they asnwerd me my old account is transfered to the email i gave them
