Maybe it is not possible on your Campus to download games but i don´t realy know cause im from german and never stud anything on a campus

University authorities seem to be total dicks when it comes to peer-to-peer-based Internet traffic from what I've seen.

Your best bet is to use an IP tunneling service. For the download that is, the gameplay itself is not based on a peer-to-peer connection.

since there is also a connection at port 80 for downloading the game it should still work if "p2p connections" (unusual ports) are blocked
(verified, because i have blocked all p2p connections for allods myself, i just download the game/its updates from my.com this way!)

more likely is that something else is causing troubles here...
you could try to use another dns for example, in case your campus uses censorship there

try to look for some xxx / warez / gambling / etc sites and see if his is blocked
if so you may find out what system they use to block, so you can bypass it

VPN would also work ofc
you could even try to "abuse" TOR for this matter

sadly, i have not found any PROPER direct download

did u try to change some options in the launcher yet? If its a problem about the p2p-fuctions, u can try to turn off seeding after the download finished

OPs problem is he cant finish (cant even start) the download

Universities usually have IT departments, especially technical ones. That means real pro people doing this.

Not all filtering methods are port-based, certain protocols can be filtered out using various packet analysis methods. Google "Layer 7 filtering" if you want to know more about that.

If other games can be downloaded, a good option would be to contact your Campus network's admins and ask them to allow the downloading of Allods Online, and my.com games in general ?
There is no direct download for the game, or patches.

Yeah, I've been able to patch league, currently downloading another game, have patched AA, downloaded CS:GO and various other things.
The interesting thing is this though - even though P2P might be blocked, it works fine for this download,
I attempted changing around the launcher settings, but that doesn't seem to work.

very interesting, do these othergames use p2p or do they have a proper patchdownload?
the one from your screenshot says it uses p2p additionally, so maybe it just uses the direct download in this case
