Error with PaySafeCard

This paysafecard PIN cannot be used to pay at this online shop. Here you can find details on which online shops you can use it at.

Does anyone know why someone would get this error with PaySafeCard?
I've never used PaySafeCard before, but some little noob I've been helping is trying to add money into the game through PaySafeCard and it's not working.
I assume this is going to end up making him quit the game because billing issues...just shouldn't happen as if someone would like to purchase an item from your shop...it should just work.




So I looked into it further and the SS above says "PIN balance 0" which made me assume there was no money on the account...so I went to paysafecard.com and went to check the balance:



That isn't correct...

Hello,

Do you know how he got the paysafecard pin ? Is it some "real" card he bought at a "real" shop, or is it something he bought online ?
Does he have a paysafecard account ?
What country did he choose when he tried to top-up on the Allods website ?

Is it a "junior" paysafecard ? (i read somewhere on this forum that not all Paysafecards are valid, i'll try to find the message to be sure).

Hey, I messaged kurt cobain the ticket ID he gave me.
He is from Greece.
He bought it from a store, like a gas station or something.
He does not have a paysafecard account.
He chose Greece.
I don't know whether or not it is a junior paysafe, but i do not believe so.

Groot tell him i contacted with paysafe card and due to capital controls in Greece he will not be able to use it to top up on Allods Online...At the moment he is as stuck as all greek online gamers are
