Graphic is horrible after patch! carnival mask Mail W/no attachment of it! lol

this graphics is really bad looking after this path, idk if its me that haven't played for 3 days after the update since i play everyday or what. just logged into the game and its really messed up, i check my GPU and other components and they are working fine as well as setting but still the graphic on the screen dont look like before. did something go wrong during patch like most of the time in Allods.

Some mail from administration about carnival mask but there's no attachment its so
3D Glasses no need here Allods aint that far yet

i also had troubles with my chars apperance and did receve these empty mails, but if you look into your char ressources you'll see that the carnival masks are there ;)
i personnaly have no problems regarding the graphics, but something is making my loading screen super long and this is really annoying -_-

I can´t see any switch of Graphic, it´s like befor, don´t know what is your problem :?:

As freestile said, check all your reincarnation mail, and your ressources tab too.

Edit : if it's an overall graphic issue, can you pst some screenshot from before the patch and now ?

it weird how the client behaves on different computers...
-my graphics look like before
-i also got empty mails which should contain carnevalmasks (but i had them in currency already)
-loading is a lot faster than before patch, almost instant now
