I think you'll just have to wait.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

other login charecters missing AND boutique coins

Hey guys. This account worked fine. Unfortunately my second account, with all my boutique coins did not. It is saying already transferred. Originally I attempted the transfer a few weeks ago in-game and gpotato came back with requiring a password update at exactly the same time I attempted transfer oO. So I went to that old email address and it had been deleted for inactivity. I sent in a ticket but I guess it was not dealt with, or hasn't yet because when I initiate anything on gpotato it still shows that old address as current. I created a new email account for it and created a login here under Varthlokker2 and sent a ticket in here but can mail.ru even edit gpotato data?

What exactly is the error you get when trying to transfer your second account?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

it sais account already transferred. I am going to attempt to recreate that old email address so I can validate the account. will get back to you.

Lost Characters

Having the same issue myself. I'm logged in correctly but none of my characters are showing up. :(

ok now yahoo is saying that old email account is being "recycled". it will not let me recreate it, or login to it. so for the time being the new email i created at gmail will be there if we can incorporate it.

Varthlokker2 requires validation. I can not login to it on gpotato because it requires a password update. Password update requires validation. Validation requires an active email account registered to Varthlokker2. That email account is being recycled. (deleted) The new email acct at gmail has not been incorporated yet.

So it is either a waiting game, or I need you to edit my account on gpotato and input the new gmail acct for Varthlokker2.

Click Log Out in the top left, then try the merge again

I think I see. At this point I believe I should just be patient and wait yes? I read from other posts once you reach this point it just takes a little time for the migration :) hope so.

What you need to do now is create a new email address.

Then attempt to merge the accounts again, but create a *new* my.com account when you merge Varthlokker2

Okay .. I am just written to complain .. cuz I am allowed to .. I think <.<
It's coming to about a week .. that the game has been launched and I know they are working hard and stuff .. but .. not getting a simple reply .. nor the ability to track my ticket down to know what's going on .. I haven't got an e-mail from the.. nor anything remotely to at least let me know that it's going to be handled as a person .. and I tried that stuff everyone is trying .. it's not working for me .. So how long do I have to wait more ?

I had 2 gpotato accounts in EU servers (new frontier f2p server).
on 1 of them i received the in-game message and entered my email I address that I used for that account.
the, when the transfer occurred, I (not knowing I should d/l the new launcher) opened the old launcher and got the page asking me to transfer my account. so I did and so I opened an account in my.com (if I remember correctly I didn't manage to login to it at first).
then I d/l the new launcher and transferred my gpotato account to the same email I address I've entered in-game. when I logged in I got the screen asking me to create a new character. If I clicked on the back icon I got to the servers screen showing me 0 chars.
If I try to transfer the account it says it's already been transfrred.

Is there any work around solution?
I really dont mind creating a new email account as that 1 is also just some email account I opened for menaingless stuff.

Hi,

For those who are waiting, on FR forum we have some players explaining that they got their characters back this week-end, after being email from my.com support team.
So they are still working on it, be a little more patient, you'll get your characters back too :).

For those who haven't tried yet, you may test the method explained in the link in my signature (How to transfer account). It worked for some players, but not for all.

You cannot transfer multiple gpotato accounts to a single my.com account.

You need to log out of en.allods.com and transfer again, and create a new my.com account
