Anyone can help me Avatar is lost or none!

Good Day Gms Customer Support Guys when I log-in i dont have my Avatar Please Help me
to retrieve it Thank You Very Much in Advance

1 Name Avatar Wills, Healer, lvl 55
2 Name Avatar Willur, Paladen, lvl 16

Yes I did but theres no Avatar when i log-in, it directs me to make an Avatar

Hi,

This is the french part of the Allods Online forum.

Try the method in my signature ("How to transfer account for EN and NA users"). It's a method to re-do the transfer, and sometimes it works (sometimes not).

You're not the only one, support is working on it.
