I'll give this a week at most, then me and every one of my guildmates are going to pull up our credit card records, call our banks, and tell them that the My.com purchases are fraudulent. Let the banks deal with the crooks.
Because I believe you have a completely legitimate case...I'm really quite interested in the outcome.
