Hey I am the same guy but then where are my characters I had I am pretty sure I had 1 atleast max lvl with lvl 5 runes but I cant find him at all what should I do?

You need to ask for your gPotato account to be transfered to your new my.com account.

Hello

There is no NA server/client for 2 years now. Only one client, that you can download here : http://allods.my.com/en/download
If you had a my.Com account from the beginning, you never played on a NA server.

There are 2 servers : New Frontier (F2P server) and Smugglers Paradise (subscription server).

What does this page says for your two accounts? http://allods.my.com/en/user (Member for [time]). Are they as old as you think they should be ?

If you can't find your character, you are probably using the wrong My.Com account. You can search within emails you received from my.com in the last 2 years to find out what was the account you played Allods Online with.

You may try to connect with your Facebook account too, if you have one. Maybe you connected with Facebook at the time you played. Or a phone number.

Last option, is sending a ticket to recover your account. I would use the "transfer" request too, as there is no more request option to recover account's ID :/.

Explain that you lost your account's ID, tell them the name/level/faction/guild of your character, the time you were playing (if you have old screenshots, you'll find the date in the screenshot title), they may be able to help you get it back.
