Your Account Has Been Banned

Hello ,
When i Try To Login to The Game it appears a Message tells me That my account has been banned ...
i Tried all My accounts and some Fake Accounts and still got the same ..
i Check The Email and there is nothing , i changed the password and it still the same message appears T_T
Anyone Tell Me What's Wrong ?

It appears all accounts that are corresponding to your IP-address got banned.
If you think it's not justified, then please contact the support: http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/7/

//EDIT: BTW, multi-accounting is prohibited!

But be sure, accounts won't be banned without a decent reason!

isnt this limited to boosting between multiple accounts? (e.g. you go into battlegrounds with 2 chars and one of them sends gold with post to the other?) or has there been a change?

2.4. In the game rules We reserve the right to prescribe that You are only permitted to participate in the respective Game Services with one Account ("prohibiting multi-accounts"). Even in those Game Services where You are allowed to create more than one Account, it is prohibited that several Accounts communicate together or interact in any other manner ("prohibiting pushing"). In particular You are not allowed to use these Accounts to create an advantage for one of Your other Accounts. We would like to clearly point out that breaching the prohibition on multi-accounts and/or the prohibition on pushing may lead to You being blocked immediately.
As you mentioned AOP "you go into battlegrounds with 2 chars and one of them sends gold with post to the other" is strictly prohibited by this term.
In general: "it is prohibited that several Accounts communicate together or interact in any other manner ("prohibiting pushing")".
Means EVERY way of interaction etc. is prohibited. The actions etc. performed by one account MAY NOT affect another account.

Banned account decisions are not discussed on the forum. Only the support team can give you answers about your account issue.
