Missing quests in Frontier

Greetings,

Edit: Kobold spellweaver drops quest item (important one) on Rusted Wasteland

progress in Frontier:
WM: 9/9
Other important quests: 16/18
Other quests: 10/10

Of course i want to finish only other important quests.
Any help is appreciated.
And btw, if someone is missing quest in ZIT headquarters - go to AD division bunker and pick quest in which you have to shot astral demons. Do it, you will get by the way missing important quest.
