I can't stand when i hear ppl complaining about BC prizes. Look around! There are many ways to farm gold now. Symbol from battleground gives more money now. You can also farm more by killing mobs then before the patch.
Free maret - this is how it works. Ppl can farm more money -> items on AH nad BC cost more.

Don't be a pussy and do smoething for yoursefl!

And its not a free market problem.
Its a bug and bug abusers problem.
U will earn millions of golds in few days and than gonna teach me how i should farm 3-5k by killing mobs for hours!

Oh snap some of these posts lol
Give it a month or two and im sure prices will gradually go down to an appropriate amount. It's mostly CS items that are going for crazy prices, and with the big change in dollar exchange US>Euro that in itself is going to calm the inflation down. When people start realizing this they'll either have their gold stored for a rainy day or have already used it up.

By the way if you complain about farming, you must be a noob. Wellebell basic mobs with good party are 30g/minute. Why would you try farming alone when you can do so with a party?

Not only that, but Umoir has spots that you can farm at 40g/min with pretty mediocre gear. L2play and stop your bitching.

Let me give u an example. Before merge, sealed fountain of life was around 30-35k gold in eu server ah. Now its impossible to find that for less than 130k!

Annoying part is not the cutting mobs for gold. Its the easy part for me cause im summy and aoe is my job.:)
The problem is knowing that the game economy came here because of the bug abusers of the NA server.

Personally, i have enough game shards stock. And its good to sell them via npc with higher price.
But i know many good ppl in game who already started to talk about leaving the game cause of economy.

So, as u can see its not about being "noob" or not. Its about fair play!

Prices will stabilize. After every expansion there is initial great influx of gold from everyone's questing and people would like to cash in on impulse purchases silly people would make with the tons of gold they have. The value of gold has gone down in 5.0 as well - a goblinball token is now almost 1900g, where it used to be ~800 before the patch. Farming at 30 gold per minute now is available to everyone, where before 30gpm was only achievable by the top geared people. AoD is one of the best sources of gold now, where it didn't use to be a source of gold a tall.

The economy will stabilize in a few weeks. They should stop acting like they don't know what mess the economy is the first 2 weeks after an expansion.

I can understand where people are coming from with this. On the EU side we've seen an inflation of between 100-500% on the gold price for items in the AH. Most of this inflation has been caused by the increase in the gold/shard exchange rate. Overnight, EU players who were selling items (ie Fountain strongbox) for 3000-3500g are now selling the exact same items for 7000-7500g. This sort of level of inflation is unsustainable and will lead to people leaving the game.

30GPM is 1800g per hour which is ok, but one of the top farmers in our guild could do 2400g per hour in idrich/pearl ring last patch. I'm sure we will find better places to farm and make gold as we get to know the game. But I don't think the increase in gold from farming will be able to sustain or support this level of inflation.

Once that's stabilised, prices will drop.

In this game mail.ru use unbalance p2p server for stoping growing down population on f2p. Each week ppl need 15k gold and 100+amas like on f2p server and where do ppl must get this gold? Lol, only boring farm. And now ppl cannot find party (low population) and on weekend ppl will not find group... And how many do mercs cost? - 300g each. How many gold do isle give? - 500-600g each. Wow, 8*600=4.8k but we need 15k + mercs if no ppl when we try to fly in astral... Ofc nolifers can say "farm-farm-farm" lol, but on f2p ppl must do it or pay for farming and on p2p ppl must play in game, interesting game...

As i see after 01.04 population on p2p will grow down cause normal ppl willnot pay for "this"...


Some ppl on this forum said that it is not GM or mail.ru make price on exchanger, LOL... WHO DOES MAKE BALANCE? (ofc we know "who") Ask them why want destroy this game with their reputaion as gamedesiners.

It's good to know that the staff is working on the account transfer problems, because its a large amount of players that currently has problems, and if you count 15-20 players in each endgame guild alone, that would show that a good amount of the population has problems which may affect player attitude if it doesn't get fixed ASAP. Your next step should be is, fixing the TR bug we had from the NA server 1st and then adjusting the exchange rate which has had a lot of players in rage. Am up for a fixed exchange rate which would be fair to all players from both servers.

There was an opportunity to lock it in before transition, and soak up all the gold without negative impact on the community while also providing a breather for those so stressed over its potential. That time has passed, and regardless of a transparent intent to do this with the following transition we all know preparation is already in order.
