Best Friend feature needs updating

The Best Friend's mount sharing needs to be updated. Rank 4 mounts are a lot slower than the free mounts of rank 5 from Tropical Atoll and thus the whole loaning a mount to a friend became useless.

I agree with this sugg - the r4 mounts we can share atm don't cut it anymore with the new ones that have been released.
