Returning Warden

Hi all returning warden here trying to find a caster dps build that includes what stats i should use and where i should put my talent points (also whether or not i should use staves twohanded or fist weps). :D Thank you :D

for caster use the stats marked with a little yellow *
stats is like always; for pvp full prof, for endgame pve determination (and if you like some brutality)
for caster weapontype is irrelevant
