you can buy this in itemshop
freetradercoins cant be transferred according to my knowledge

popular ways to farm them are selling amalgam or the emblems you can buy in KOE to negotiant

Actually I believe there was, and it may have been removed. It wasn't really worth it anyway since you could only transfer an extremely limited amount at a time.
