I previously raised a ticket about this issue as I thought it was something to do with the game itself and later realized what the problem was. I created a new account which I have been playing from regularly and transferred my old account as well. So if I log out of one account and then log into the other account from the My.com app, once I select a player and enter the game, I can't do anything besides summon my mounts. I can't activate any of the items in my bag, I can't interact with any NPCs, can't use portals etc. At one point I even jumped off the edge of the Allod at Coba Plateu and found that I wasn't even able to resurrect.
So I finally figured out that if I log out of one account, open task manager and kill all My.com desktop app items (There's usually two or three of them) and then reload it, I can then log into the other account and everything works fine. Is anybody else experiencing this issue or am I just the lucky one? Is there any way to fix it? My computer is running Windows 10 pro 32 bit if that matters at all.
PS the "Guild Portal" link on the main page of the My.com web site gives me a 404 error.
