What happened to the forum, why was it down?

I wasn't able to login to the forum last night and when I hit login it took me to the alloys.my.com/en user profile that I was logged in to. Apparently it was an issue they were aware of and I assume the downtime was related to that.

No one was able to log in, now it's fixed. There's nothing more to add.
