Error Code 1.2 when launching the game

When I launch the game it is show the error:

direct 3d is enabled?
pressing "repair client" sometimes help
try update direct x if you have a new installed windows xp, since the game has joystick support (or at least some code to do so in future) it wont start without certain dlls from dx9.0c
