Not a day without gift! (problem)

Merry xmas :))

I was playing today and didn't got the gift when completed an astral allod. I had to log a reincarnation and lvl up to get it. Someone has the same problem?

I would like to know if this is happening to all, and if will be fixed soon. Atm i can complete it by getting 1 lvl up per day but that has an expiration date when i reach max lvl...
