Is ignore account based?

If it is not please make it account based.
People who love to annoy just make new alt and annoy again. Then make new alt and annoy again.

So please make ignore account based if it is not. Thank you.

The ignore function is character based.
I understand your point, but I don't see a change to this in (near) future tho.

vs make new account
ignoring is less work, you already on winners side :)

maybe write some message like "tell it to someone who cares, i do not" or "dont you have friends who care? i do not", this helps a lot as it makes ppl realize you simply dont care
