Unable to login

First off, sorry for posting here but for some reason I can't submit tickets. As the title says, I can't login. Every time I click the play button on the launcher, the game gets as far as retrieving my login info and then just crashes and re-opens the launcher again. I've tried all the fixes listed on the support page and nothing works. Any suggestions on how to go about fixing this?
