Hello. How we craft the new tools with a profession? Bcs in my list i only see the previous patch ones.

When you craft tools you get the progress bar filled up on top of the Craft interface window. It's called illumination or smth. When you get 100 of it you can click a button next to it and it will bring you a point in the second progress bar, which, when fully filled, will unlock you the current tools

I remember that with 8.0 leveling up inspiration took ages - have they changed that with 8.0.1?

It didn't change at all i guess since you have to get over 250 illumination points or something like that.

considering how fast gear gets reset now thats a very wise decision
everything else is simply not worth it
