its the same as in 8.0; PVE actually is even the same as in 7.0
only changes relevant are the general AOE-reduction from 15 to 8 and that the attacks that used to need a blood-effect for critical strike now no longer need them (however in PVE rotation you use jagged slice anyway all the time...)

stats = critical dmg (not chance!!)
physical / elemental dmg

distributeable statpoints to determination / mix of determination and brutality, depending on what you want

concentration
bloodlust

for defensive stats most important
