Where can we get elixir transmuters?

And yes, talked to goblin banker, no option there.

You don't need those anymore I think. Now you just click the elixir box and it will ask you what elixir you want to receive and how many boxes to extract.

Sure,

Unless you get "free elixirs" from "Heroes Routines quest" that are completly useless for your class.
