Horses

I keep buying the horse token thing and it gives a chance of 2 types, I keep getting the Ugly white horse with short main and cut tail... This is pissing me off to where I just dont want to spend money in game anymore, the item gives a change for both well let me have that chance Not just the ULGY damn one... and No in Game suport makes it worse :cursing: :cursing: :cursing: :cursing:

What horse token do you talk about? Are you an Imp by any chance?

Imps can't get the pretty Kanian model, ever. They only have the ugly one with short main and tail... There's no choosing possible, the token only shows both skins as they are on both factions. I don't know any horse token where you can choose the horse type/skin.. and only white horse I know of is Northern Blade from Melting isle.

There was a sale a long time ago, where you could in fact buy the Kanian horse model on empire.

There are also ways of getting skins for the mounts. So youre not stuck with the original look.

Concerning the basic horse, 99,9% of horse skins have short main and tail on Imp side. Maybe some dungeon and special reward skins are different but those are extremely hard to get.
