I'm suffering from this problem since 2 month
i mean my.com
i contact with the support for 1.5 moth but ..... none of their solution has worked

i want some one to upload the game only without my.com
because it not working with me :thumbdown:
check this out
i disabled all programs that block the client
but nothing work
it been 2 moth i need solution

Hello,

How do you connect to the internet ? Is it your private connection ? Do you launch MyGames launcher in administrator mode ?

You can try to download the game with a bittorrent client :
Go to your folder : "\MyGames\Distrib\torrents" and search for every allods .torrent files you have (if you have some).
Then open a bittorent client, let it download the game client.
At least, you may have more information about the issue you're facing with Allods.

Unfortunatly, there's no direct download, so you have to find what is blocking the launcher.

EDIT : You are not logged in (in the launcher). Do you have the same issue if you log in ?

Hello,

That's because "chromeresource****" is not a torrent file.
You need to find "***.torrent" files. Do you have some in your folder ?
Something like "allodsdistrib11.torrent" "and chromesource11.torrent"
"11" may be another number.

Have a look at your router settings too.
Did the support answered you which port to open in your firewall and router ?
Is your antivirus accepting myGames launcher and P2P connection ?

the support already told me the number i just need how to do

Hello,

I can't help you with that. Usually, when i had to change settings in my router, i searched google with the exact name and reference of the router, and a "how to open port" search too.

What's your anti-virus ? Did you try with another anti-virus, or disabling you current anti-virus, just to see if it changes anything ?

so i don't know when i will get in to allods
I'm unlucky with this
i used 2 anti-virus and both were not making any sense
