Cant launch the game, error code 1.2, please help.

Every time I try to launch the game it says an error has occurred while launching the game error code 1.2.

I just started yesterday and I did have this problem then too but it seemed random like 1 out of 3 tried it would launch but today I cant launch at all, any ideas?

I got it working but for how long I don't know,

If anyone is interested I went to the game directory and set the launcher to run as admin and compatibility mode windows 8, bypassing the my.com thing it seemed to work.
