im not so sure ... i think aoe dmg will be prob a bit weaker but single target might be very similar ...yes checked it again you are both right r3 of the normal drop skill is stronger now sry
but for the damage diffrence its actually pretty big cuz the always crit rubees for lightning spells can only be used in assault spec

in support spec there are rubies in last grid 'Forest Keeper' which increase crit chance for everything by 100%

aoe damage will be way lower and singletarget will be even weaker(you miss 100% critchance for lightning AND +40 damage on all dots) the forest keeper rubees only increase the critchance of your melee hits

Do it pleasemhh intresting would be to see a screen of your dps meter so see the distrubutition of your skilldmg i gotta test it tomorrow myself and will do a screen then when i find the time maybe you are even right even if i just cant imagine it to do same damage without certain crit and 40% more dot damage

well even for supp crit dmg is probably ideal stat cuz thorn,bee swarm and clout profit from it so pretty much every ability
other useful stat would be natural dmg for both builds
also i would always use stuff like natures grip cuz well it simply does damage you just have to be careful cuz it overrides your long beeswarm with the new short one then so at best use it before beeswarm
btw rotation for singletarget would be beeswarm->Thunder and lightning->posinous vine->tornado->posinous vine->tornado and start over again emerald glow whenever its rdy as a instantcast if you manage to do this right it should increase the dmg diffrence a little bit more
edit: also if i have to say so this "melee" is incredibly boring i mean you literally hammer clout all the time i kind of prefer the casts there
