Trouble within the game

Hello everyone,
I hope am posting this in the correct place
since this version of allod 7.0
I have encounter a problem
I have internet with 10MB my ping is always green
and everything work smoothly
but in the goblinball the game become slow
like its my character is running in slow motion
and every player in a frozen time space

so whats the problem here should I unistall and reinstall the game again?


and every time I log in I get this messege





I hope you could help me with my problem

Hello,
please try the following:

- Clean your computer cache (with CCleaner, or Clean Master)
- Run an game integrity check (Manual: http://i.imgur.com/DKDyE6X.jpg)
- Clean install the game (Remove it, best with Revo Uninstaller to clean the left overs, or just in your control center, then reinstall the game)

- MOD Lioo
