hesap sorunu

Merhaba arkadaşlar ben oyunu bırakalı 3 yıl oldu tekrar döneyim dedim ama hesabıma ulaşamıyorum. Email adresimi kabul etmiyor id şifre yok bu konuda desteğe mesaj da attım ilgilenen de bulamadım başına böyle bir konu gelip çözen arkadaşlar varsa veya bilgisi olan varsa yardım edebilir mi?
