no need to play with a char that isn't a reinca as you can have a main and the 9 other classes as reinca anyway...

Firstly, in-line with the topic, this is not a technical issue - totally intended, and unchanged (as AOP has said).

Allods and its reincarnation system allows you to not only use all your mounts, but your entire boutique tab, across as many incarnations as you please. Considering so many other games or services use a strictly 'character bound' approach these days, it is a welcome system. Reincarnations here in Allods are essentially an extension of your existing character, thus anything you buy via the boutique for those characters can be used by any of them at will (timers being the only counter-balance to this) - thus there is no logical reason to create standard 'alts' if you're in a position to make a reincarnation (which is arguably one of the top-most priorities for any player, as it should be).

Furthermore, a humble majority of blue-crystal purchases remain completely unbound (tradable/mailable/saleable), and an in-game gold/crystal exchange (like it or not) on top of that, so it's entirely possible to feed alts with specific items in some shape or form, though it is completely illogical to do so in the face of the reincarnation system.

There are some exceptions to such rules and practices even here, such as the 7.0 New Order Collector Edition, which provide their contents to all characters account-wide, but these are (intentionally) few and far between.

Personally, I think Allods has handled it relatively well in comparison to a lot of games that have a far tighter grip on how/what you can/can't use on your account after a purchase, but maybe that's just me. In short, the feature you're implying/suggesting (items freely shared account-wide regardless) will likely not happen any time soon, if at all.

Seeing as you already got the answer to the actual question itself, this topic can be closed as there's nowhere else for it to go. Having said that, don't hesitate to create a discussion in Feedback/Suggestions if you still feel the system could be improved - tech issues won't be the place in that case.
