Banned !

i am trying to log in, and it says my account is banned. I sent ticket and they said i am not banned. what the heck do you mean im not banned if when i try to log in it says im banned? like seriously wtf guys

Hello,

You need to send a ticket with the banned account (same login/password). If you are using a facebook account to login, you need to log in to Allods website with this facebook account too (facebook button): http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/9/

Be careful with false "banned account" ingame mail : http://allods.my.com/forum/index.php?pag…&threadID=10840

Banned issues are not discussed on this forum, only the support team can answer you precisely.

Get in touch with a Community Manager if you want information about your ticket/ban.
