Timeabsorption does no longer affect Dragontearskills

Timeabsorption does no longer affect Dragontearskills, although the description says that cd of all class-abilities is shortened
is it intentional that dragontearskills are not affected by this? i hope its a bug and gets fixed


steps to reproduce:
get purple carnifex
use dragontear skill
kill a mob and mouseover the dragontear skill
see it does not get reduced ( but works for all non dragontear skills)
