keine abozahlung seit wochen möglich

hi,

warum ist es nicht möglich da abo zu verlängern? ich wähle die 90 tage aus, klicke auf "bezahlen", dann fortsetzen bzw. nochmal auf "bezahlen" und dann kommt der fehler:

Internal service error. Please, contact our support team.

ist das script defekt? egal welcen browser ich nehme, immer das selbe spiel seit wochen.
