Bekleme Süresi Doldu

Durmadan oyundan düşüyorum ya da skilleri kullanırken donuyor ve ana ekrana atınca "bekleme süresi doldu" diye bir yazı çıkıyor. Sorun benim internetim de mi yoksa oyunla mı alakalı acaba ?

Oyunda an itibariyle herhangi bir sorun bulunmamaktadır. Türkiye genelinde bir internet sorunu var sanırım.
