....especially for some classes
i really wish they would revert this back to normal and do not understand at all why on earth this was even changed
some classes like paladin or summoner seem to have a lot of their skills excluded from GC while other classes like warrior or psionicist do not (well warrior has blood harvest excluded to be exact)
its especially troublesome if a skill looks ready, you have enough energy to do it and then the client still does not react (???) makes the game feel lagging even though it is not
also, there are some ccs which have a duration of 2 seconds; whats the point of them if the GC is 1,5... a 0,5 sec stun? does not really matter... im better off when attacking in 99% of the cases then (1% is when i interrupt a whirling warrior lol)
last but not least, gameplay became significantly faster with 7.0 due to new mechanics & skills; why make it faster on one hand and then slow it down artificially (with increased GC) on the other hand?
we all know i dont care so much for blance etc but some classes beeing affected by this really strong and others a lot less is not OK
