efficiency > fun (even if playing the most efficient way is fun imo so it wouldn't be a pb)
so we can break it down to

totally agree here!
while the idea of blue = autowin is theoretically great in reality the resulting increase of exchangerate would nullify this completely over a few days and hence also decrease the overall value of (farmed)gold
this would have to be done in a cartel of a small amount of players in order to be efficient on the long run which would bear the danger of getting suspended as there is the higher instance of game administration
also, even having this kind of cartel could still not solve the problem of players which might do not want to perticipate as suggested
what however could be formed would be an alliance of 6 farm-loving players which organise to repeatedly rush through astralislands, this would require 6 players instead of the whole community and had no problems with "abuse" of gamemechanics
while i have found such players in the whole time i played allds and enjoyed the experience of rushing wth them (level 55 patch, autoastralgroups!) i can safely say that due to the nature of RL it will be hard to find common times to do this (for long) and doing just 1 or 2 runs is nice but not relevant for farming in general
what also could be done without ANY problems is that as soon as its OBVIOUS a battlegrund is lost ppl give UP and do not prolong the inevitable, this alone would help a lot

what i would wish for goldfarming would be that killing mobs would become more rewarding but also harder in corelation, similar to the old crater or KOE
- adjusted somehow that only a very strong player could farm at maximum efficiency
wellebell (wild shore in general) was a good thing also and i miss it
