Hesabıma Erişemiyorum

Merhabalar Ben eski oyuncuyum Tr serverinde oynamaktaydım 2014 te oyunu bırakmıştım ancak geri başlamakl istiyorum. Hesabıma hiçbir şekilde erişim sağlayamıyorum.@mail ve kullanıcı adımı kabul etmiyor site nasıl bir yol izlemeliyim yardımcı olabiliecek varmı acaba
