Boost Event: "10-20-30" - 19/08/16

Dear Sarnaut,

Welcome to the "10-20-30 Event" - a booster designed to squeeze more value out of your crystal purchases. In the words of Goblin Banker, "It's good business" - although it was hard to translate his coughing and mumbling at the Boutique Interview.

Unlike other artefacts that deal in chance, this event deals with a guarantee:

1,000 Crystals or higher gain 10%.
4,000 Crystals or higher gain 20%.
10,000 Crystals or higher gain 30%.
All bonuses are supplied via Premium Crystals.

NOTE: The 10-20-30 Bonus does not stack with the 100 euro crystal purchase bonus.

There are no dice rolls and no small print - just bonus premium crystals for you to enjoy.

The event will run from the 9th to the 16th of December, making it the perfect time to boost your characters crystalline power!

I would guess it means they are applied separately, not cumulatively.

For example:

100 euro should give you 10000 crystals, but it has extra bonus of 3000 crystals, so you really get 13000 (blue crystals, not premium).

If they stacked, this means the extra 30% (from 10-20-30) would apply to 13000 crystals. So you'd get in total 13000 blue crystals and 3900 extra premium crystals (which is 30% of 13000 blue crystals).

Not stacking means you will get 13000 crystals from the 100 euro bonus and then extra 3000 premium crystals (which is 30% of the base 10000 blue crystals).

If you purchase the 100 euro bundle you actually get a joke of a bonus (700 additional crystals - nonpremium) LOL woohoo, 7% haahahahaha.
Anyways, back to real talk, so I assume you don't get that 700 additional crystals when you purchase the 100 euro package and get 30% premium.

Orrrrrrrrr you get the 100 euro bundle, get 700 additional crystals, but you don't get a 30% bonus on those 700 additional crystals.

I based this calculation on what I've seen when clicking "Manual top up" and entering 10000.

Well, if what I seen there shows the 10-20-30 bonus, and really the 100 euro bonus is extra 700, then what I said should still apply, just to lower values:

10000 + 700 = 10700, 30% of that is 3210 premium (stacking)
30% of 10000 is 3000 premium (non-stacking)

how does this sale interfere with the sending-out of the prices from the community event?

its not like there is something possible to buy with premiumcrystals and you cant as there is a delay in sending out the prices :rolleyes:

The 3000 PC bonus is new. So instead of getting 10700 * 0.3 = 3210 PC, you get JUST 3000 PC. In other words, you do not get the 30% on the bundle bonus, of 700 BC.

is there some delay? for some time it worked but then it stopped....?

edit: something definitely running wrong, one time the pack gave the 3000PC and one time it gave no PC but 700 BC and then nothing at all...?! i wrote a ticket now...
