how to get there? you need to go to gipat and finish the questchains so you getto the waycrossing, then you go to astra graveyard and select ashes of the future, and with them you can go to kirah through the timewhirlpool

or do you mean the timewalls in kirah? need to finish questchains too, then you can pass them

That was for Gipat and Gridiron to Defiled Ruins, not Kirah.

As AOP said above, you have to complete Gipat quest chains to unlock June Ruin teleportation to Crossroads allod. The June Ruin is located in Gipatia (central gipat) pretty close at the spawning pad, if you die. And from there you need to open the quest to "satisfy" the whirlpool of time with Ashes of the Past you get by killing draconids in Astral Graveyard and using the items they drop to lit up the torches on the altar (in middle of the allod) and killing the boss you summoned. The more torches you lit up, the stronger the boss will be and the more Ashes it drops. 4 or 6 torches at once is an ok amount, if you have rep gears or grafted blues/epics and decent runes. Use 4 or less, if you have level 1 runes and low stats from gears.
