Transfer sorunu yaşayanlar!

Arkadaşlar kısa ve öz yapmanız gereken şu. allods@corp.my.com mail atacaksınız. Eğer hesabınız başarılı şekilde transfer edildi deyipde giremiyorsanız veya giripde sıfırdan karakter açmanızı söylüyorsa oyun, sorunu support çözecek size attığınız maile cevaben 2 seçenek sunacak muhtemelen örenek olarak şu gelecektir.

Hello, there was a problem in the authorization process which is currently fixed. But because of it your my.com has been duplicated. We cannot merge them, so there could be 2 possible ways of solving it:
1. We keep your first my.com account with gPotato account bound to it, in that case your 2nd my.com account will be deleted along with avatars created on it.
2. We keep you 2nd my.com account (duplicate) with all avatars created under it. We will remove gPotato ID from it, you’ll be able to transfer it again by creating another my.com account.

Which way suits you best?

ben 1. opsiyonu seçtim ve sorunum 9 gün aradan sonra çözüldü. yol gösteren yoktu kendim araştırdım o yüzden uzun sürdü ;) Mail yazarken gPotato ID ve karakterinizin adını bağlı olduğu mail adresiyle birlikte yazın...

Arkadaşlar açtığım konuda herşey açık ve net. Size verdiğim mail adresine bir e-posta yazacaksınız. ve sorununuz ne ise onu destekçi yabancı olduğu için ingilizce olarak yazacaksınız. Şu an yaşadığınız sorunu bende yaşadım ve tek çarenin size bahsetmiş olduğum yöntem olduğunu anladım. Defalarca transfer ederek sonuca ulaşmak mümkün olmuyor hepsi tecrübe ile sabit. oyuna giripde karakterini göremeyenler paniklemesin ve yeni bir karakter açmasın. Ne kadar çabuk yazarsanız oyuna o kadar çabuk dönersiniz. Hepinize şimdiden başarılar.

gPotato ID :!: güvenlik sebebiyle vermenizi öneririm.
karakterin adı :!: ve hesabınızın bağlı olduğu mail adresi :!: . Bundan böyle oyuna girerken mail adresinizi ve şifrenizi yazacaksınız.
