Looking for a certain kind of guild

Hi all. I'm looking for an English speaking, end game guild with and active raid schedule that is friendly to North American Time zones. I'm not looking for a mandatory cash shopping guild. Does such a thing exist anymore? Suggestions?

Right now the only guild that I could think of that isn't mandatory cash shopping is Distinguished but they aren't entirely English speaking. On the sub server there's this international guild named insidious on league side that has a few NA players in it and is mainly English speaking.
