Goblinball Spectators

To the list of already existing skirmishes "Spectate goblinball match" could be added.

When goblinball match starts as usual (by players signing up to match as until now) those people who was qued to spectate would be added to the spectator area around the actual goblinball field.
Spectators couldnt pass to playing field due to invisible wall and could only watch the match from up there. They could also talk in /say to boost the players.

This would:
1. increase the fun of actual goblinball match.
2. let new players who didnt play yet get introduced by watching, or let averagely experienced players get better by watching more experienced players how they play
3. potentially bring more people to actual goblinball playing

I see no bad aspect of this besides programmers having to do some work, but they are improving and adding new things to the game constantly so why not also this. ;)

** And if there is fear of too much chatting interfearing with matches then people who join as spectators could just temporarily be prevented to use /say and /zone chat for duration of the match.
