How to get Dragontear for reincarnation

As some players asked me ingame already i write this here too:

Dialog with goblinbanker does not work for the normal dragontear; instead, as progenitor, talk with the servant of light next to the NPC handing out the daily potions (Elizaveta or Marianne)

+ i think you need not to have a tear equiped on you to get one from the NPC, put yours in your bank (bag maybe works?) and then you can

may be possible, when i did it my progenitor had no tear as i gave his to the new reincarnation
